Frequently asked questions

Are the cabins self-catering?

Yes, all cabins have an induction cooktop, convection microwave, Italian coffee-maker and beautiful crockery, cutlery and implements. Our Northern cabins also have a drawer dishwasher.

Are there laundry facilities for the cabins?

Yes, each block of cabins has full laundry facilities together with overflow refrigerators.

Do the cabins have heating and cooling?

All cabins have reverse cycle air-conditioning and electric wall heaters where needed.

Is there a minimum length of stay?

Feel free to join us in the cabins for a single night in low or mid seasons. Cabins have a 2-night minimum during high season*. Lodges have a minimum 3-night stay*.

*During peak periods (eg Melbourne Cup, Easter, Christmas & New Year) there is a 4-night minimum stay for all cabins and lodges.

Is all linen provided?

Yes, all bedding, bathroom and pool towels, washers and tea towels are provided.

What consumables are provided?

Shampoo, conditioners, body wash and lotions are provided as are tissues, TP, detergents, coffee pods, teas and starter milks.

What facilities are available for guest use?

All guests have access to the pool area, Flopsy (our beautiful relaxation area), sauna, japandi bathroom, games room, gym, communal BBQs, pizza oven and ice-maker.

Are pets allowed at Bomen?

Due to the nature of the common areas, pets are not permitted at Bomen, with the exception of registered service animals.

What are the rates?

Rates vary depending on the style of accommodation, time of year, length of stay and number of guests. Nightly rates can start as low as $232 for cabins and $675 for the lodges.

Myrtle Lodge is a meticulously renovated lodge with multiple living and dining areas. There are spacious bedrooms and beautifully appointed bathrooms. The foodie’s kitchen is a delight as are its private deck and yard. A wonderful option for a fabulous vacation.

Ideal for large family groups, Blackwood lodge is spacious and beautifully appointed. From the courtyard and conservatory through to the formal living area, the lodge is a delight. Its large bedrooms, renovated bathrooms and magnificent kitchen area ensure a relaxing and memorable getaway.

We have had an amazing week staying at Bomen….The rooms are very well thought out and comfortable, and the large adult retreat room is perfect for large groups. Highly recommended.
